The 34th National Children’s Book Day Celebration

Literary Summit, Illustrators’ Fair, Storytelling Festival, and Book Fair — The four-in-one 2017 Philippine Children’s Book Summit is the ultimate! And the best part about it? It is absolutely FREE!

The National Children’s Book Day ceremony will be at the Cultural Center of the Philippines on July 18, 2017 at 10AM, followed by the Philippine Children’s Book Summit on July 22, 2017 at GT-Toyota Asian Center, UP Diliman from 8AM to 6PM.


The summit’s workshops are lined up with great speakers: Listen to a talk about writing for young adults, and a discussion regarding the writing of radical children’s stories. Learn the fundamentals of storytelling,  and building a reading community with free libraries. Take part in children’s literature in the regions, as well as writing for children in Mindanao.
