Why a Culture of Courage?

Winston Churchill said that courage is the most important of all values because it is the one that makes all the others possible. To accomplish practically anything in life requires courage. What’s more, courage gives you the power to chase after things that are important to you. Courage can give you the opportunity to change your circumstances in life. It gives you the ability to put aside your fear of failure and take the first steps. It’s also the key to solving problems, innovating, pursuing opportunities and safeguarding the welfare of others and self. Courage is the key to great leadership.

“Courage is the first of human qualities because it’s the quality which guarantees the others.” – Aristotle
